Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Based Counselling
Counselling for Grief, Burnout and Complex Family Relationships
Are you navigating grief, loss, or a sudden life transition and finding it difficult to make sense of what you’re going through?
You may be carrying the pain or confusion that can arise when relationships with family become complicated or estranged.
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or persistent, intrusive thoughts, or identify as neurodivergent or highly sensitive (HSP).
You might also feel chronically exhausted from ongoing stress or burnout and are looking for practical ways to cope.
If you are interested in developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and looking for kind and non-judgemental support, then you’ve come to the right place.
I offer one-on-one counselling services online from anywhere in British Columbia, and in-person from my office in Victoria, BC.

My Approach
My approach integrates mindfulness-based practices with evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed perspective. In our work together, you will learn how to develop a kinder relationship with yourself, including developing greater awareness of your inner parts that may be carrying grief, anger, and shame. As well you will learn skills and tools to set boundaries with people, live your heart centred values and learn how to get in touch with your own innate aliveness.
If you're curious about how my approach can support you in your life I invite you to get in touch with me to learn more.
“mindfulness is the awareness that arises out of intentionally paying attention in a kind,
