The fastest way to begin: book your free consultation or a session directly through my secure online calendar.
Rates
I offer a free 20-minute consultation over the phone or via Jane Telehealth, a secure, encrypted video platform, to new clients interested in counselling.
60-minute session $150
90-minute session $210
Insurance coverage
Many extended medical programs will cover a portion of your visit to an RSW (Registered Social Worker). My registration number is #14073. I'm not able to bill directly, but I will always provide you with a receipt after each session showing your payment.
Sliding scale option
I provide sliding scale rates to approximately 20–25% of the people I work with, recognizing that not everyone can afford the full session rate. Together, we agree on a set session rate for 10 sessions — this helps ensure others on the waitlist also have a chance to access reduced-rate services.
As we near the end of the 10 sessions, I'll check in: you can continue at the regular rate, close services, or request to join the waitlist for the next sliding-scale spot.
